- Yuzukosho Chicken Drumsticks
- Steamed Cauliflower and Carrots
- Sauerkraut
- Braised Chicken Liver
Yuzukosho Chicken Recipe (Serves 3~4)
Ingredients
- 1kg Chicken drumsticks/wings/thighs
- 1tsp Yuzukosho paste
- 1Tbsp of white wine
- pinch of salt
Method
- Marinate chicken pieces in a plastic bag for at least 2 hours (can be frozen)
- Arrange chicken on a tray with a layer of baking sheet
- Cook in 180˚C oven for 30~40mins
