Chorizo & Kale Pizza

- Chorizo and Kale Pizza

Hubby and I loved this pizza!  Tasty chorizo and bits of crispy kale were amazing...

Pizza Crust Recipe (Serves 4)


  • 144g Wholemeal flour (72%)
  • 56g Semolina flour (28%)
  • 172g lukewarm water (86%)
  • 3g IDY
  • 2g salt
  1. Mix two flours and make a well in the middle
  2. Add IDY in the well, pour lukewarm water
  3. Mix well with a silicone spatula, add salt
  4. Cover and leave to rise for 30~60mins
  5. Coat with olive oil, Spread in a oven tray with a silicone spatula
  6. Top with your favourites and Bake in a 250˚C oven for 10~15mins
