Yuzukosho Chicken

Monday Dinner

- Yuzukosho Chicken Drumsticks
- Steamed Cauliflower and Carrots
- Sauerkraut
- Braised Chicken Liver

Yuzukosho Chicken Recipe (Serves 3~4)

Ingredients

  • 1kg Chicken drumsticks/wings/thighs
  • 1tsp Yuzukosho paste
  • 1Tbsp of white wine
  • pinch of salt
Method
  1. Marinate chicken pieces in a plastic bag for at least 2 hours (can be frozen)
  2. Arrange chicken on a tray with a layer of baking sheet
  3. Cook in 180˚C oven for 30~40mins
